Clever Kids Consultants assists the families of Intellectually Capable Children from one through nine years of age.
What is a Gifted Child??
“Gifted” is a working definition that varies by country, state, and even school district. There is no standard definition as to who is "gifted." CKC neither requires nor encourages previous I.Q. testing.
Parents are generally the first to recognize their child's special abilities. We wish to work with any young child whose parent's believe could benefit from a focused, individualized, and engaging academic program.
CKC strives to foster and stimulate academic interests in bright children ages one to nine. Parents determine if their child is of "high academic potential".
Disabilities:
Many highly intelligent children struggle with learning challenges. Clever Kids Consultants welcomes bright children with disabilities. Some of our brightest students are challenged by: specific learning disabilities; autism spectrum disorders; ADD/ADHD; physical/neurological disabilities; social/emotional disabilities; etc. We encourage you to contact CKC if your bright child faces obstacles to reaching her/his potential.
Clever Kids Consultants staff have advanced degrees in special education, speech/language pathology, and audiology.
Clever Kids Consultants offers personalized adult training to parents, older family members, and nannies.
